How long does order processing take?

Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed. Your order will then be shipped once processing has been completed at which time you’ll receive an email notification. Once your order is processed, please expect up to 14 business days for delivery.

Are Luxe Bella Hair extensions 100% Virgin?

Luxe Bella Hair is chemically unprocessed human hair, which is collected from a single donor. This hair has not been altered by dyes, perms, bleaches, or harsh washes .

Can I color my Luxe Bella Hair?

Yes, Luxe Bella Hair are able to be colored, however we recommend hiring a professional colorist to help achieve your desired look.

How long does Luxe Bella Hair last?

Luxe Bella Hair can last for one to three years if you take care of our hair. We recommend co-washing the hair with non-sulfate shampoos and conditioners to guarantee longevity. Also, when your bundles are not installed, store them in a satin bag.

How can I prevent my hair from shedding?

All Luxe Bella Hair bundles are double sewn to ensure little to no shedding but the ultimate factor is how your bundles are installed. It is important to cut the weft as little as possible to ensure each hair follicle remains inside weft.

Can I make changes to an order?

If you need to make a change to your order, it must be done within 24 hours of placing your order.
